moleskin city books

I picked up one of the new moleskin city books and it is great! It has detailed maps and lot%26#39;s of room for notes and information. The theory behind it is that you make your own guidebook and it has been a lot of fun!

where did you pick it up from? It sounds exactly what I am searching for.

Berkeley,

if you click on the Amazon link at the top of this page or bottom, it will take you directly to them. They look like amazing personal trip planners for cities all around the world.

It includes a city map, metro map, street map, blank pages for you to put in all your notes, pocket folder pages, sticky notes and alot more. This is exactly what I have been looking for.

Cheers,

A friend bought me the Paris Citybook a couple months ago in preparation for my November trip. It was the best gift! There are clear sticky-sheets you can overlay on the maps (which are great, by arrondissement) and plot out your walking tour for the day! And it comes in a little unobtrusive book! There are pages for you to write restaurants, little tales and legends or overheard things on the metro. It%26#39;s a wonderful thing to have.

I%26#39;ve just started making my own little book for my in-laws as part of their gift/trip. You%26#39;ve just saved me hours over slaving over a hot laminator and who knows how much printer ink!

:)

I just ordered one and I can customise it a little to make it personal.

I bought the Paris edition recently and am already using it in preparation for my fall trip. - I love the maps with the train/metro names included and the street index that indicates which map section it is on. All that info and if fits into a pocket or amall bag. I have started to list restauants we want to try with addresses and map location.

I am so looking forward to using it and adding to my own %26quot;guide book%26quot; - glad to hear someone else is enjoyong the book.

I hope you enjoy these little books as much as I have! It has been a good way for me to record the places that I want to see and has inspired me to research my trip more. I have found that a fine-tipped pen works well for writing in the book. :)

Thanks all -- this looks great!
