b&bs in Loire Valley

Looking for b%26amp;bs in the Loire Valley. We are driving the entire route of the LV so it doesnt matter where these B%26amp;bs are. Not very expensive, but not cheapies eithers. Merci

When are you going? Probably too late but ....

We stayed at a lovely B%26amp;B in La vienne at Mont sur guesnes, which is close to chinon. It has been beautifully restored by the English owners (who speak fluent french) and would not hesitate to recommend it.

We%26#39;ve booked with the first two %26amp; they are great to deal with. Friends of ours have just got back from a holiday with the third %26amp; recommend them, so we%26#39;re booking with them this year.

We also had a car and found that Amboise was very central to many of the Chateaus - Chenenceaux, Chambord, Blois and more. The little town of Amboise was very lovely and quaint.

We stayed there too, sharmy, and we were so sad when we had to leave the place.

I can highly recommend Le Vieux Manoir in the centre of Amboise.
