hi, just wanting a little local information about St Paul in Januray? General info about usual weather, temps etc and if it is still a plesent time of year to visit the area. We are looking at staying at the %26quot;toile blanche%26quot; for 2 nights - does anyone know much about this property? - would love recommendations for dinners as well - thank you.

It is of course winter in Europe - and given our current weather patterns anything could happen.
We were there two weeks ago when it is normally hot and sunny - it rained, it was cold, the winds blew and we had two good days out of nine
In general our experience is that it can get very cold in winter especially at night.
If you are lucky it will be sunny and bright - but not warm sunny.
Any time of the year is a good time to visit Provence and the South of France as there are always things to see and do - just be prepared for all sorts of weather
