Need help with Paris apartment location.

My husband and I will be in Paris for the first time this September and after much searching I have narrowed our apartment choices down to 4. They are all listed on VRBO.com:

#116205 on Rue Francs Bourgeois

# 96914 close to Jardin des Plantes

#100027 on Rue Bailly

#74872 Steps to Luxembourg Garden %26amp; Saint Sulpice

If anyone is familiar with these apartments or there locations I would really appreciate some advice.

Sorry can%26#39;t help you with the apartment but we stayed on Rue Francs Bourgeois last year and loved it. Check the location on www.parismarais.com
