August is a very low season month so you can most likely get good hotel rates at a discount pretty much at all hotels. If it%26#39;s four people total in your party you need to request a quad if the hotel has. Otherwise, you need to book two rooms. I suggest staying in the Latin Quarter (5th district).

We will be staying at the Westin in July. We negotiated a great rate for 2 connecting rooms for our children who are 12 and 9 years. I choose this hotel because of its location in the 1st. We can walk to a lot of sights plus the metro stops are very close. The location cannot be beat. I am not sure what the advertised rate in August is, but we have a rate of around 580 Euros which includes buffet breakfast for all of us plus all taxes. I have not been able to beat that rate for 2 connecting rooms. I tried to find a hotel with Quad occupancy....they are few and far between. One hotel that we had considered was the Sofitel ( I forget exactly which one) but they allowed 4 in a room and the price wan%26#39;t bad. The location was not as premier as the Westin, however. Hope this helps.

We are staying at the Westin August 11-14 with our two 14 year olds. We booked it because of the same package (family package) that included breakfast and two connecting rooms. I paid 345 euros per night for the two rooms and breakfast. I thought it was a great deal too.
