Hi. I will be in Paris for 7 days from 7th July.

Can I buy a Carte Orange Pass starting from Sunday 8th July?

No, the validity of a (weekly) Carte Orange starts on monday morning by definition. You can buy one on saturday or sunday, but it will only be good for use starting monday (and should you try to use it before monday morning, it will become invalid). Just buy a Mobilis day ticket, plain tickets or a carnet for the sunday.
