Dear all,
I know what it is, how much it is and that I can buy it at any RER station serving the C line. But I found this at chateau web page:
%26quot;It is on sale:
- at the SNCF Transilien ticket windows in train stations, areas 1 to 6
- at the Espace du Tourisme Ile-de-France in the Carrousel of the Louvre%26quot;
Did anybody buy it at the Espace du Tourisme Ile-de-France ? Is it the info center at 99 Rue de Rivolli? It would be very convenient for us because we could buy also other passes there.
Thank you in advance!
T.

Tereza -- check the Louvre web site and I%26#39;m guessing that the Espace du Tourisme is indicated there somwhere (and even if not, it will show you exactly how to get the the Carrousel area). I%26#39;m sure this is not referring to an address on rue de Rivoli (although it%26#39;s quite possible that you could get it there as well, don%26#39;t know for sure).

Hello Berkeley, you think it is not this address? When I google it, I get:
pidf.com/page/…idf-ORGIDFSRV0000178
Anybody else?

Tereza -- what I meant is, that likely is the %26quot;official address%26quot; of the Louvre (as a whole!) but the web site for the Louvre would (I had hoped) show the exact location of the Espace du Tourisme. However, I have now been on the museum web site, and although it marks the Carrousel, so far as I can tell it says nothing about the location of this agency. Still, it%26#39;s worth checking out the web site (www.louvre.fr) because it will show which entrances you can use with a museum card. Hopefully, someone else bought their card there and can give more insight as to exactly where to find the right desk.

Thank you Berkeley, now I know it is the right address because I found it also at parisinfo web site. And it is not located within Louvre, it is next to %26quot;Tour Saint-Jacques%26quot;. I was more interested in getting F.L. there, never mind, thanks anyway!

The Carrousel du Louvre is the shopping mall under the inverse pyramid at the Louvre. The ETIF is in the shopping mall. If you go to their website, click on the link for the map, and you%26#39;ll see where their office is.
…carrouseldulouvre.com/vue/…accueil.htm
The address for the Carrousel du Louvre is the 99 rue de Rivoli address, so anything that%26#39;s inside the mall uses that address.
Although Versailles%26#39; website says the FL are available there, the official FL website at Transilien doesn%26#39;t mention it.
transilien.com/web/…en
You can always ask if you%26#39;re going there to buy your other tickets, but rest assured that if you can%26#39;t, they are easily purchased at the Transilien ticket window when you go into the RER station.
