Favorite museum

I have spent a lot of time at the museum lately and have concluded that the Orangerie was my favorite of the moment.

Sitting in the Nympheas rooms at the end of the day, when most people have left and seeing the changes of outside light altering the mood in the paintings is a very pleasant and peaceful experience.

The Guillaume-Walter collection is also extremely rich.

If you understand French watch the short movies in the theater.

Thanks for the posting. - I am going to be in Paris this fall and am excited that the Orangerie has finally re-opened - I have missed going there. I will definitely aim for the end of the day experience.
