bedget hotel in city center

Hi every1,

we are a couple from Mumbai, India on a short trip to paris in August end, We wish to stay in a budget hotel which is centrally located. So we don have to take a cab to go around too much. Please do give your suggetions.

I stayed at the Peletier Haussmann Opera, which is located in the 9th, near the Opera and the department stores. The price was great, location was perfect for walking just about everywhere, and it was clean, safe and quiet.

and be assured, you never need to take a cab in Paris -- the public transport is terrific -- if the metro won%26#39;t get you there -- the bus will

so in choosing a budget hotel, one thing to notice is how close it is to a metro station

Thanks guys, but after a bit of research i booked Le vieux marais, a bit expensive as m paying 115 euros, but i hope its centrally located.
