Restaurant with a view?

Can anyone recommend a restaurant with a nice view/outside terrace? I am leaving for a tour of the south of France very soon and am looking for somewhere romantic to have dinner.

In Menton you will not get a restaurant with a better view than La Terrasse de Logettes.

In Beaulieu sur Mer try the African Queen.

For a superb view of Monaco/Monte Carlo go to Fusion or Quai des Artistes.
