Please advise how to get from Garde du Nord train station to the hotel Plaza Tour Eiffel, 32 Rue Greuze, Paris.
I will be arriving in Paris at about 9.30pm, with a 12 year old, I am female. Should I use public transport or a taxi.
How much would a taxi cost

Well, it is too far to walk comfortably, particularly with a child. I looked the route up on Mappy, and it is about 7 kilometers by car. I don%26#39;t think a taxi would be terribly much.
If you would want to take public transport, go to the RATP site, and you can quickly find the best route by Metro. If you have trouble with the site, I%26#39;m sure a quick search on this site will give a link to walk you through it.
have a wonderful trip!

I took a moment to see where your hotel is. It is in the 16th. You would take the RER E to Havre-Caumartin station, and then change to Metro Route 9. Your closest stop would Rue de la Pompe, which is within a couple of blocks of your hotel.

Many thanks

Actually, there is no connection between the RER and the Metro at Havre-Caumartin. From Gare du Nord, you will need to take Metro Line 4 in the direction of Porte d%26#39;Orléans and change to Metro Line 9 at Strasbourg Saint-Denis in the direction of Pont de Sèvres. Your nearest stop is rue de la Pompe as nukesafe said.
